Our Services may generate content using artificial intelligence technologies. Regarding AI-generated content:

• AI outputs are provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• AI-generated content should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MORPHON, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Morphon, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts as described in Section 14.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Morphon, LLC regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
